The assessment goes through a number of positions to evaluate where you are in regards to fitness. This will allow your trainer to see your mobility, flexibility, balance, posture and overall strength. The assessment is an important and valuable component to enabling your trainer to create a personalized exercise program that is safe and effective for you. It’s also a great way to get familiar with the facility and staff, set goals, and get started on a healthier lifestyle.
