Our semi-private training format provides a motivating and positive environment. At Peak Condition you get to meet new people and develop strong relationships with fellow trainees. Your program is individual created based on the results of an initial one-on-one assessment, in addition to progress checks. From here, you’re coached in a small group setting. This supportive environment ensures that there will always be someone to pick you up if you’re down. The athlete-to -coach ratio is guaranteed not to exceed 5:1 – most cases its closer to 3:1. Our goal is to make training enjoyable – and in the process, you’ll reach your potential.
