Before training at Peak Condition you’ll go through a 1-on-1 assessment. Each assessment is a little different depending on your training experience, injury history, and goals. The assessment will provide us with all the information needed to create your first training program.
Because we have an extensive assessment and the results highly affect your program you’ll receive your training program on your SECOND visit. Our coaching staff needs time to review and discuss each athletes assessment to create the best program for you and your goals.
