Before training at Peak Condition every athlete will go through a personal and confidential assessment. The assessment goes through a number of positions to evaluate where you are in regards to fitness. This will allow your trainer to see your mobility, flexibility, balance, posture and overall strength. The assessment is an important and valuable component to enabling your trainer to create a personalized exercise program that is safe and effective for you.

Because we have an extensive assessment and the results highly affect your program you’ll receive your training program on your SECOND visit. Our coaching staff wants time to review and discuss each athletes assessment to create the best program for you and your goals.
