Semi-Private Training

Semi-private training simply means you are training in a small group with a completely personalized training program. Your program is individual created based on the results of an initial one-on-one assessment, in addition to progress checks.  This supportive environment ensures that a coach or anther PC athlete will always be there for support or encouragement.  The athlete-to -coach ratio is guaranteed not to exceed 5:1 – however we aim for 3:1.
